I didn't notice until I took the measurements, but there are stains in the red circles in images 3 and 4. I suspect they are from some kind of soup or sauce from when I was eating, but personally, I don't think they are very noticeable. The stain in image 4 is easier to see, but since they are work pants and are near the feet, they might not be very noticeable when worn due to wrinkles. (In fact, I didn't notice them at all while I was wearing them.) Other than that, there is no noticeable damage, but there are stains, so I will mark them as "has scratches and stains." *Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
