I purchased this new here several years ago. I believe it was made in Korea. I only wore it once for a wedding, and have kept it in storage since then. It has an elastic waist. The length, measured flat, is 81 cm at the longest point. The waist is 30 cm. There are no noticeable stains, but as it has been stored at home, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things.
