This is a skirt with a back zipper. It has no pockets. I received it over 10 years ago and wore it once or twice before storing it at home. The length from the waist to the hem is approximately 55 cm when laid flat (see photo 5, sorry it's hard to see). There is damage, like a pinch mark, on the front of the waist (see photo 6).
