This is a small Imari dish. It features the design "Fuki Choshun" (Wealth, Honor, and Longevity), with a beautiful bleeding of the blue glaze, and is made in the late 1700s. It looks like it could be a lid for a bowl, but the size of the foot is too large, and it's rare to have this much painting on the underside of a lid, so I believe it's more likely a dish.
