This is a vintage dress that I've loved for a long time. I used to wear it like a skirt, layering T-shirts or blouses on top. It's a retro and girly piece of clothing. It looks great with bare feet and sandals, as well as socks and pumps, or short boots. *See photo 4 There's a slight fraying in the seam on the right side.
