I handcrafted a tote bag by patching together the ivory Nagoya obi's floral embroidery and the plain adzuki-colored obi fabric. It's a very lightweight bag in soft colors. The gentle hues of orange and gold and silver floral embroidery on the ivory background are lovely. It has a sophisticated, adult atmosphere, combining both purity and elegance. A firm interfacing is used for the outer fabric. The lining uses a light cream-colored fabric.
