From my father's collection, I am offering a rare, early-model YAMAHA FG-402, a classic Japanese vintage instrument, a 3-piece back 【OOO】 (Triple O) model. 【Description】 This is a rare model among the 70s Yamaha FG series, with a short production period and not often seen on the market. This early model, in particular, has a unique, warm sound not found in current models, showcasing Yamaha's high level of technology at the time. The body back is constructed of three pieces, featuring a unique and beautiful wood grain, and a rich resonance derived from it. It is made to resemble the Martin OOO (Triple O) model, so it is a bit smaller, but it resonates with a powerful vintage tone. While there are some dents and minor scratches, it is in good condition for a vintage instrument and will be a guitar you can cherish for a long time. 【Condition】 Neck: Slightly forward bowed Frets: Approximately 75% remaining String height: Approximately 3.5mm on the 6th string and 3.0mm on the 1st string at the 12th fret Pegs: Good working condition Accessories: Morris hard case (with scratches and dirt) There is a dent on the back of the neck (image 16). There are also many small dents on the top board that are visible depending on the light. I have carefully cleaned it, moisturized the fingerboard with orange oil, and replaced the strings. The truss rod has marks (scratches on the screw threads) as if my father had tampered with it, but I was afraid to touch it, so I haven't.
