HYACINTH / ヒヤシンス is a rack company founded in 2016 by cycling enthusiasts in Ukraine. Using high-quality US-made stainless steel, all racks are handcrafted in Ukraine. The Caravan is the most versatile and basic porter-style front rack in the lineup. In addition to utilizing the load-bearing top plate, it is also possible to attach pannier bags to the side legs, making it suitable for a wide range of uses, from commuter bikes to touring bikes. The parts attached to the fork ends can be mounted on the hub axle or rack eyelets depending on the vehicle body, and can also be attached using the middle eyelets of the fork. AISI304, the top grade of stainless steel, is used. Unlike other steel materials and aluminum alloys, it is viscous, so unexpected cracks and chips do not occur. The finishing is polymer coating, which forms a strong plastic layer when changing from a monomer to a polymer and is baked in an oven, adhering to the metal.
