Scratches, cracks, or black shadows may be visible, but this is due to the thickness of the glass and the mirror finish of the inner bottle (painting on the inside of the double-walled glass), which can cause shadows due to light reflection, and does not affect use. When putting in hot drinks, put a small amount of hot water in the inner bottle for a few minutes to warm it up before use. Also, when putting in cold drinks, do the same, and pre-cool the inner bottle with a small amount of cold water before use.
