I purchased this item here before, but I have too much to use, so I'm putting it up for sale (^ ^) Regarding the material, it says "River Alpaca" on the paper core, but I don't think that's correct, so please consider it unknown. I suspect it's synthetic fiber. There's quite a lot! Including the paper core and bag, it's over 900g. It's not very scratchy, in my personal opinion! I will send it in a bag (^ ^)
