This is a Porter-Yoshida & Co. shoulder bag. You can remove the shoulder strap and carry it as a wallet or pouch when you're out and about. It's a very well-made bag. It's extremely thin and small, making it easy to handle, but the fabric and construction are sturdy, and it can hold a lot. Highly recommended.
