Mingei Ryukyu Pottery Okinawa Prefecture Green Glaze Pouring, Spatula Carving, Floral Pattern Pot, Water Pitcher No box Based on the glaze condition and craftsmanship, this is a very old Ryukyu pottery piece. Condition: It has been displayed unused for several decades, but it is unknown whether the previous owner used it. The inside is clean, so it is believed to be unused, but there is a small, barely noticeable scratch on the lower part of the spout. Also, there is a white spot on the side of the lid, but it is not a chip, so please check the enlarged image. Other than that, there are no particularly concerning areas, but as it is a very old pottery piece, the glaze has a bumpy feel, and there is some age-related soiling on the underside of the lid and the bottom. Also, the images may differ from the actual color due to the lighting, and we have not inspected with a magnifying glass, so we may have overlooked small scratches, and we may have misidentified the origin, kiln, material, etc. The size is measured by a layman, so there may be some errors.
