This is a replacement cable for the Mitsubishi Delica D5 manufacturer-installed flip-down monitor. After years of use, the cable inevitably cracks and breaks due to aging and bending. When the cable breaks, the DVD player functions normally and the image appears on the front navigation screen, but the image on the rear flip-down monitor disappears. The Delica D5's system is configured so that the rear monitor is linked to the front monitor's controls, making it difficult to replace the rear monitor with an aftermarket product, and requiring repair at a dealership. Dealership repairs do not offer replacement parts for the broken cable for the rear monitor, and the entire system, including the front navigation unit, must be replaced, resulting in a very high cost. After researching various options, I was able to obtain the necessary parts. These parts are genuine, brand-new components. Of course, the length is the same as the original. To facilitate easy replacement, I have included an instruction manual with images showing how to replace the cable. If you are not confident in your automotive DIY skills, I recommend having the replacement work done at a car repair shop that accepts customer-supplied parts.
