I'm selling this because I haven't had many opportunities to use it after purchasing it. Everything in the photos is included. It has never been used in the rain, and has only been used a few times for everyday shopping. It has not been used for long-distance touring. There are no particular stains, but please understand that this is a used item. Added on 11/6 I will also include a wire lock that I purchased separately. There is a mark (color) on the reset button from being pressed with a ballpoint pen, but there are no issues with its use.
