This is a French FARINE ceramic box with a wooden lid, featuring a floral pattern. "FARINE" is the French word for flour. It's quite large and heavy, and I think it's rare because of its unusual shape and pattern. It's a very old item, but there are no visible cracks, chips, or damage to the ceramic part, and the inside is also mostly clean. Both the floral pattern and the lettering are clear. Overall, I think it's in very good condition for an antique. *Please note that there is some overall light soiling due to the long years, stains and chips on the underside of the wooden lid, and traces of a sticker.
