The GDI21 can be used as a direct recording output with built-in speaker simulation, or as a standard active DI box in bypass mode. The output terminals can be connected via a 6.3 mm mono phone jack or a gold-plated balanced XLR connector. A ground lift switch eliminates typical ground loops.
