Brand new with tags. The design is as pictured and was cute. I read reviews and bought a size 90cm so my 6-month-old baby could use it next year as well. The pants have elastic and a drawstring, so they seem adjustable. The sleeves were still long, but it seemed like it would fit next year as planned. :)
