The specifications, such as the alcohol content, were changed in 2009, so this pre-change product is likely not just difficult to obtain, but impossible to obtain now. La Blanche is a spirit made without added sugar. It was created with the aim of reviving 19th-century absinthe, and the thujone concentration is 30 PPM. Released in a renewed version in November 2009. (The alcohol content was changed from 57% to 55%.)
