This is a reversible pleated skirt with glitter. It has a lining and can be worn all year round. I've worn it a few times, but it's in good condition with no noticeable scratches or stains. However, please understand that this is based on my personal assessment, so there may be some minor oversights. When shipping, I will fold it compactly.
