These are 19 cm rain boots. I'm selling them because my child has outgrown them. They are light blue rain boots with glitter. There are stains that won't come off even after washing. The stains are especially noticeable on the front. My child wore them with insoles, but the insoles are not included. Please check the size in the circled area in photo 8.
