This is a Park Tool folding chain cutter. I used it with 9-speed chains, I don't know if it works with other chains. It's heavy for a portable tool and was difficult to use. (125g) The screw is stripped and held in place with sealing tape. I was going to keep it as part of my collection, but I'm selling it to organize my toolbox.
