This is a handmade leather pen holder refill for a Micro 5 (M5) size planner. The base is made of black saddle leather, and the pen loop is made of red vegetable-tanned leather, both hand-stitched. The planner and ballpoint pen are not included.* **Size Reference** The photos show the pen holder with a "uni-ball one P (W13.9 x D19.2 x H116.8mm)" and a "Pentel ENERGEL (W11 x D16 x H147mm)".
