This is a Reflect flare skirt that I purchased 2 or 3 years ago. I've worn it twice. The color is black. The size is 7, with a waist of 32cm laid flat, and a total length of 74cm. It has two pockets and a lining. I think it's a skirt with a beautiful shape, perfect for this season. What do you think? I used a different colored tag. I will also be listing the other color, so please take a look if you'd like.
