This is a navy embroidered shirt dress by Cynthia Rowley. It can be worn as a tunic dress by buttoning it up, or as a light jacket by leaving it open. The embroidery on the hem is lovely. There is a brown sun stain (stain) on the right sleeve (please check image 8). There may also be white spots on the back (image 7) and other stains characteristic of the material.
