I bought it for my daughter who is 150cm tall, but it seems the brushed fabric doesn't agree with her skin, so she only tried it on or wore it once. The size is as shown in the measurements. Please refer to them. It was a perfect fit for my elementary school-aged daughter, but I think a woman around 150cm tall could also wear it. Of course, I will sell it for less than what I paid.
