This is a set of sign pens, offered as a "訳あり品" (item with issues). These are retro items that have been stored at home for a long time. The back of the pens had names written on them with permanent marker, which have been covered up. The clear strap that holds the lids on the front is broken. It appears to have been a set of 10, but one pen is missing. Some pens have cracked caps. Some pens have faded printing. I tried writing with them, but since they are old, I don't know how much longer they will be usable. Images 9-10 show used colored pencils. The case is missing.
