French antique, a tabletop photo frame made of alloy, circa 1900, featuring a relief of angels and garlands. The delicate and charming motif of two angels gathering flowers is beautiful♪ It has a gold plating that was probably much more sparkling at the time, but now it has a subdued gold color due to aging. There are several sizes of frames with this design, and this is the second smallest size. Previously, these frames were occasionally seen, but recently they have become increasingly rare, and are becoming a valuable item. There was no glass originally, and there is no cover. It contains a rose chromo. The frame is stamped MADE IN FRANCE on the back. Recently, small frames have become more expensive year by year.
