This is a navy linen 100% fabric with the unique crispness and luster of linen. It's a medium weight fabric, but slightly sheer, though I don't think it's noticeable. The collar ties at the back, and the width of the frills is adjustable. The elastic in the sleeves is loose. The opening for the elastic is open.
