This is a mold for creating three-dimensional hemispheres in leathercraft. After wetting vegetable-tanned leather with water, sandwich it between the mold pieces from both sides. Then, sandwich it again from both sides with plates and slowly tighten with clamps to create a piece like the example. (The leather example is not included.)
