Includes the main unit, Smart Case, box, and instruction manual. The Lightning cable is missing. Please check the photos for the condition. The metal surfaces are clean with no major scratches or dents. There is some dirt on the ear pads and mesh. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. The condition is about average. The Apple ID link has been removed, but there is a "mismatch" display for the AirPods in Find My, and location information may not be available. There are no messages regarding the mismatch displayed other than in Find My, so the price has been slightly reduced. The following points have been confirmed to verify that this is a genuine product: 1. The firmware is up to date. 2. The headband can be detached. 3.
