It's designed to be used with a 100-yen shop tension rod. The fabric is a slightly sheer, thin fabric with some stiffness. The African fabric may have initial print smudges and stains. See photos 3, 4, and 5. There may also be other small scratches and stains. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. This is a handmade item made by an amateur hobbyist. There may be some uneven stitching and double stitching. There may be traces of chalk pen. I use a type that disappears with ironing.
