This is a Degner nubuck leather long wallet. I used it when I was riding a Harley. I think it's from about 20 years ago, as I had an Evo Heritage Softail. The concho has been replaced with a genuine one. It's still usable, but it would be better to oil it. It's become quite dry. I used to apply Neatsfoot oil once a year while using it.
