There is a zipper in the back, and 5 hook-and-eye closures. There is a scratch-like mark around the waist. See image 8. The size of the scratch is about 5 x 6 cm. I usually wear size L, so it's tight on me. I think the scratch is from rubbing against a chair while sitting. Otherwise, it's still beautiful. I wore it once for a demo.
