This is a pencil from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. There is a tear in the opening of the plastic packaging. Please check the photos. The pencil has never been taken out, but please understand that the plastic bag is damaged before purchasing. My child used this last year to study for their entrance exams. They were accepted into their first-choice school!
