This is a strap from Ferm Living, a Danish furniture and雑貨 (zakka - miscellaneous goods) store, which I likely purchased about 15 years ago at a雑貨 store in the UK. The item itself is unused, but the bottom of the outer bag is torn because I tried to remove the price tag. I bought it thinking it would be cute to attach to a bag, but you can use it however you like. However, since it's a string, I don't recommend attaching it to valuables.
