I've used it a few times in a mountain stream, so there are some minor scratches from use. There are some scratches and dents on the grip end. I don't think there are any cracks in the rod itself. Because I didn't use it much... The box and other items were disposed of by my family, so I will pack and ship the item itself. I have experience shipping rods many times, so please rest assured.
