The stand is plastic, 31 cm. The net is 30 cm. I bought it about 7 or 8 years ago and used it a few times, then wrapped it to keep the dust off. I haven't used it in about 5 years, so I'm offering it to someone who wants it. There is one spot with a burn mark.
