A character from the 1980s: Ochinaikun (No Matter What, He Won't Fall Down) This is a ceramic piggy bank. The arms are movable and can be raised. However, they are not fixed, so they will fall off easily with any impact. Please be careful as it is ceramic and will break. There is a hole on the inside of the wrist, so there may have been a stick or something to fix it. This item belongs to my family, but they don't remember it, so it will be sold as is, as shown in the pictures. I have never seen this design with movable arms on auction sites.
