This is a leather wireless charger I purchased on Amazon. I bought another charger, so I haven't had much opportunity to use this one. While there are some minor scratches, I think it's in good condition. The original retail price was just under 10,000 yen, and the puzzle-like pattern may be a design that's no longer available.
