This is the discontinued "Stainless Lifter Short." The current model is about 35 cm long, but this "Short" version is about 28 cm long, making it much more convenient to carry as it fits in a 10-inch Dutch oven case. The wooden handle was dry, so I treated it with beeswax wax. I believe it's made of high-quality walnut wood. The wood grain is incredibly beautiful.
