It is in very good condition. *There is a small white spot on the red rose, but it appears to be a natural occurrence. Please check photo 11. When displayed, the handle will be on the right side, so it will be on the back. (It can be made less noticeable with water-based red ink) *Vintage tableware often has black spots, specks, paint errors or losses, air bubbles, and scratches on the foot ring from the manufacturing process.
