This is a set of five individual dessert plates made from processed Yakusugi cedar. Yakusugi cedar is a registered World Heritage site, so it is no longer possible to harvest and process the cedar, making these plates very valuable. Five bamboo toothpicks are included. Due to the natural wood grain, each plate has a different color. These have been stored for a long time. They are new, but please check the photos if you are concerned.
