There is some wear and tear, but overall it's in good condition and still wearable. As you can see in the photos, the ribbon is creased, and there are some scratches, stains, and loose threads. (See photos) There is a stain on the pleats near the front ribbon of the skirt. There are loose threads on the back of the skirt. This is a used item. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or are very particular. Also, please understand that this item has been stored at home before purchasing.
