This is a drawstring bag/case for the Wild Bird Society of Japan's birdwatching rain boots. It was used to store rain boots, so there is some dirt on the inside, but it doesn't affect its use. The dirt seems to be from friction and doesn't come off even when wiped (see photos 5 and 6 for close-ups of the dirty areas). The surface has no dirt or scratches.
