I have confirmed power on by connecting it to a TV. Regarding shipping, the item will be sent via Yamato [100 size]. Please consider it as junk since it sometimes can and sometimes cannot record programs. Everything else should be fine, but I haven't checked the operation. It will be delivered as is.
