I purchased this item in near-new condition and used it for about a year and a half, about 2 hours, 4 times a month, in conjunction with 4 other types of ligatures. It is still in usable condition, but as indicated by the "scratches and dirt" description, there is a general feeling of use, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a like-new appearance. There are no major scratches as I have not dropped or bumped it, but there are minor scratches and scuffs from use. Please check the condition in the images. I have cleaned it simply for the listing.
