It has stretch and is comfortable to wear. I purchased it in Ginza and wore it several times. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and I think it's in good condition overall, but you can sense some wear and tear because it's off-white. I don't mind it, but please refrain from purchasing if you are very particular about the condition.
