I believe I purchased this at Shimamura or Nishimatsuya. Double-layered skirt. Beige with a pink floral pattern. The elastic is strong. Comes with an inner skirt for peace of mind. There are wrinkles from washing. My child quickly outgrew it. I think it's still in good condition. I will put it in a plastic bag and ship it in a handmade paper bag or Yu-Packet Mini.
