This is the Nakiri vegetable knife, G-5, 20cm blade length, from the "Global" brand by Yoshikin. This knife allows for comfortable cooking, utilizing its moderate weight. Although it's called a vegetable knife, if you add a petty knife, it's versatile enough for meat and fish as well. It seems to be sharpened nicely with a clam-shell blade shape.
