This is a hand-embroidered coaster from the Lanten ethnic minority group in northern Laos. Living in harmony with nature, they imagine the nature they see with their own eyes, and then, stitch by stitch, they hand-embroider, leaving an expression on the fabric. This is the hand-embroidered culture of this ethnic group. The fabric is naturally dyed with plant-based dyes and finished by hand sewing.
